My first happy list for September – seriously how is it September already? This week has not been the best, everything that could go wrong has gone wrong – but hey you cant win them all!
Here’s what has made me happy this week:
1 – The bank holiday – an extra family day for us which was lovely.We pottered the shops went the park and played in the sunshine – perfect!
2 – We finally finished our summerhouse – we love it and it definitely deserves a post of its own which I am hoping to write soon!! We have big comfy chairs in there and some twinkly lights. Perfect for the girls to cosy up in when the nights get a bit darker.
3 – Adventures – we managed to squeeze in a few more play dates before the end of the holidays with some lovely friends. I have some really special friends who I don’t get to see a lot of but its so lovely when we do and even better when our children get along.
4 – It’s September – which has to be one of my favourite months (although admittedly last September was a bit rubbish due to Meme starting school!) and the start of Autumn another of my favourites!
5 – It’s the weekend. Now I know its always the weekend when I post my happy list however this one I am in desperate need of. A little time with my husband and a little time to chill before the craziness of next week starts.

yes, thats kind of the vibe I’m feeling at the moment too – I love September too, life returns to normal, there are still some warm days but you can get your boots and jumpers out too 😉 #fortheloveofBLOG
